MotoGP 2004: The Fuchs Kawasaki team confronting the competition Mannheim, 31 March 2004. The premium class of motorcycle racing, the MotoGP World Championship, is gearing up again (18 April – 31 October)! 22 drivers from eight nations will be competing for the title on seven different motorcycle makes in 16 races. Performance levels are extremely close and often the winner is decided on the basis of a few split seconds. Just having a powerful engine is not enough, perfection from start to finish is required – and this begins with the motorcycle engine oil. Electrosyntec® Boosts Engine Performance Mannheim, March 18, 2004. Fuchs Petrolub AG, the world’s largest independent lubricant specialist, has added a new performance–boosting motor oil to its range of motorcycle lubricants. Fuchs’ race-oil based Silkolene Pro 4 Plus 5W40 premium lubricant was developed in cooperation with motorcycle manufacturer Kawasaki. Thanks to its new formula and the unique Electrosyntec® technology, this product improves the efficiency and performance of the engine and reduces wear.

Feb 11, 2004 - New on the market: Special motor oils from Fuchs for diesel engines with particulate filters

Customised Engine Oil Technology Mannheim, February 11, 2004. Fuchs Petrolub AG, the world-wide leading independent lubricant specialist, has added two new special engine oils for diesel engines with particulate filters to its range. The so-called LOW SAPS oils are particularly low in pollutants and considerably increase the service life of particulate filters. Both motor oils make a major contribution to meeting the Euro 4 emissions standard. Unique the world over, these oils are zinc-free! Titan GT 1 SAE 5W-30 for passenger cars was developed in co-operation with DaimlerChrysler and Titan Cargo Maxx SAE 5W-30 for commercial vehicles together with MAN.
