Both FUCHS PETROLUBs' capital increases were very positively received by equity markets
FUCHS PETROLUB AG has successfully completed two capital increases: the placement of 144,607 new preference shares on December 10, 2003, and now also the capital increase with subscription rights for FUCHS PETROLUB shareholders with 280,737 new ordinary shares and 270,386 new preference shares.
