| In no other field of engineering are as many different lubricants used as in metalforming operations. To select the best lubricant, detailed knowledge is necessary, ranging from how the lubricant is applied through to any subsequent operations performed on the pressed part. Information about the tools and the materials involved ultimately lead to tailor-made, process-compatible forming lubricants. Intelligent products which can cope with widely varying forming conditions make a significant contribution to increasing process reliability and may even eliminate some process stages. ANTICORIT Prelube oils combine corrosion protection with drawing properties and have led to the elimination of some washing and interim corrosion protection operations in car body manufacturing. RENOFORM process-compatible deep drawing oils with the matched series of RENOCLEAN industrial cleaners satisfy all product demands in the pressing sector. The question of process compatibility was also a central priority for RENOFORM products designed for hot and cold extrusion, section, tube and wire drawing and for TRENOIL products for the hot and cold rolling of metals and other pressing operations.
