Independent auditors

On May 6, 2009 the Annual Meeting has elected KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Mannheim, as auditor for the Financial Statements and the Group Consolidated Financial Statements of FUCHS PETROLUB AG.
