June: Things work better in a team – In our cover story we report on the personnel development at FUCHS LUBRICANTS in China.

March: Growth and relocation: FUCHS LUBRITECH makes biggest single investment in the history of the FUCHS PETROLUB Group.

2007

November: Red ribbons, black marble: during a festive ceremony held in NanXiang in China, FUCHS laid the foundation stone for the construction of a new, modern plant.

2006

November: A large number of procedures are interlinked in logistics. We introduce the team which coordinates logistics at plant III at the Mannheim site in our series job profiles at FUCHS.

July: The 75th anniversary of FUCHS is a great occasion for the company to celebrate. The employees and many executives of the Group, as well as notables from the metropolitan Rhine-Neckar region were invited. This festive anniversary issue of the FUCHS Info is to give you an account of the ceremonies.

February: As part of our series on job profiles at FUCHS we present a report on marketing and customer service at FUCHS LUBRICANTS (UK) and on the role played by centralized customer service, flat hierarchies and well organized teamwork in achieving success.

2005

October: As part of our regular series on working at FUCHS, this edition looks at SAP implementation in Europe and the varied tasks that our IT specialists carry out so successfully in the so-called EuroSAP Back Office at Group headquarters.

June: As part of our regular series on working at FUCHS, this edition of FUCHS Info looks at the activities of internal sales staff at WISURA in Bremen and FUCHS EUROPE SCHMIERSTOFFE in Mannheim.

February: The second part of our series on working at FUCHS looks at the daily
working life of four application engineers at FUCHS LUBRITECH in Weilerbach/
Kaiserslautern.

2004

October: This edition is the start of a new series from FUCHS Info about job descriptions at FUCHS.

May: The new laboratory for the research and development of lubricant greases at FUCHS in Mannheim provides the R&D team with state-of-the-art equipment and thus optimum conditions for their scientific work.

January: A smooth changing of the guard from Dr. Manfred Fuchs to his son, Stefan Fuchs. After 41 years of service, Dr. Fuchs hands over the Chairmanship of the Executive Board of FUCHS PETROLUB to his son, and himself moves to the Group’s Supervisory Board and Advisory Board.

2003

September: Innovative product development at FUCHS – Board member Ingo Pauler: plenty to be proud of in the company’s 72 years.

May: FUCHS – The world´s leading independent lubricants supplier by far

January: Asia-Pacific is of paramount strategic importance for the FUCHS Group - FUCHS performed here particularly well in the field of automotive lubricants.

2002

September: Behind the scenes at the annual general meeting: from gift coupons to attendance recording

May: Specialization is the key to FUCHS’ outstanding success in North America. Over the past 16 years FUCHS LUBRICANTS has shown a significant growth, there.

January: Our Indian company made great efforts last year, following the separation from its former Indianpartner, to establish a new name for itself as an innovative lubricant specialist. 1 January 2001 saw Managing Director Kersi P. Hilloo inaugurating the new mixing facility.
