Neat drawing compound - chlorine- and sulphur-free

RENOFORM 569 is recommended for stamping, drawing and embossing operations and for chip-forming operations on nonferrous metals. Specially formulated for the manufacture of zippers, press studs, buttons and similar brass articles. RENOFORM 569 is also suitable for operations on ferrous metals if extraordinarily high lubricity is required. Furthermore, RENOFORM 569 can also be used as a lubricity improver and wetting agent for chip-forming operations on copper and copper alloys.

Advantages of using RENOFORM 569:

  • Excellent lubricity

  • Minimal tool wear

  • Suitable as a copper machining additive (add up to 20 % to neat cutting oils)

  • Simple removability (with mild alkalines, petroleum hydrocarbons or steam)
Application:

Suitable for use in central systems and individually-filled machines. Supplied ready to use.
