Neat cutting oil for gear manufacturing, chlorine-free, antimist plus LE Technology

Ecocut 3946 LE is designed especially for gear cutting, hobbing and shaving as well as for cutting operations on difficult-to-machine steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals, with the bonus of being a rationalization product for hydraulic systems or spindle oil applications. Ecocut 3946 LE is easy to clean and may be used over and over again after filtering and chip removal. The optimized heat transfer properties permit higher feed and cutting speeds. The abbreviation LE means "low evaporation" and stands for excellent antimist properties and low evaporation during use. Such an oil contributes towards reducing environmental and workshop pollution.

Benefits of using Ecocut 3946 LE

  • Low evaporation technology

  • Outstanding antimist properties

  • Chlorine-free

  • Good detergent and dispersing qualities

  • Enhanced tool life

  • Excellent lubricity

  • High cooling and flushing ability
Application:
