Semi-synthetic coolant for general machining

General purpose, biostable micro-emulsion designed for multi-purpose use on steel and cast iron.
Ecocool 22 contains no silicones, phenois or nitrites.

Benefits of using Ecocool 22

  • Excellent corrosion protection 

  • Long-life, stable emulsions 

  • No skin irritation in usual conditions

Application:

For all machining and grinding operations of steel and cast iron. Recommended concentration depends upon the machining operation and the material to be machined and is between 3% and 6%. Ecocool 22 is usually filtered through nylon or paper. Used Ecocool 22 can be split with aluminium
sulphate, strong acids or ultra filtration.
