RENOCAST STANDARD is a chemically-physically reacting mould release agent suitable for absorbing and non-absorbing moulds made of wood, coated chipboard, steel, etc.
Suitable for temperatures up to 100°C (mould temperature).
If used correctly, it does not interfere with plaster, bonding agents or paint coatings.
RENOCAST STANDARD is free of wax and silicone.
Contains pore-eliminating additives.
The film acts as a temporary rust preventive for steel moulds.
RENOCAST STANDARD protects building machinery.
RENOCAST STANDARD is solvent-free. It preserves wood protecting it from rotting and mould fungi, etc.
Acc. to the OECD Screening Test RENOCAST STANDARD is generally rapidly biodegradable.
Application:
A thin and even coat should be applied with a brush or suitable spraying equipment (e.g. Teejet nozzle SS 800067) to the clean and dry form.
About 1 litre will treat 20-30m² of non-absorbing surface and 10-20 m² of absorbing surface.
Must not be diluted with water, oil or solvents. RENOCAST STANDARD is ready-to-use!
Frost-resistant down to -10°C. If the product thickens at low temperatures, simply heat to return to the normal condition.
Perform a compatibility check prior to use, because local conditions and material variations can influence finished surface qualities and consumption.
