ANTICORIT 03 W-C

Corrosion Protection Concentrate

Specifically developed for the roller bearing industry, ANTICORIT 03 W-C is a barium-free, thixotropic corrosion protection concentrate.

ANTICORIT 03 W-C fulfils the specific corrosion protection requirements of the roller bearing industry along with being fully compatible with subsequently applied lubricants.

ANTICORIT 03 W-C is normally diluted with solvents and after evaporation, forms a stable film which allows pleasant handling and rapid packing.

ANTICORIT 03 W-C is suitable for the protection of noise-suppressing, deep-groove roller bearings and is approved by SKF.

Application:

ANTICORIT 03 W-C can be applied by spraying, dipping or flooding when diluted with solvents such as:

Chlorinated hydrocarbons

Chloro-fluoro hydrocarbons

White spirits.

Observe all precautions applicable to solvent-based products. If necessary, please consult the corresponding Material Safety Data Sheet. The film thickness can be varied by adjusting the type and quantity of solvent. Group 1 and 2 solvents afford the most rapid film drying.
ANTICORIT 03 W-C's thixotropic properties may cause slight thickening after longer periods of storage.
The original viscosity can be stored by stirring.
If sealed in the original container, ANTICORIT 03 W-C can be stored for min. 5 years at 5-40°C.
