High Performance Quenching Oil


THERMISOL QH 120 is a thermally stable, high performance Quenching Oil with a high flashpoint and very low evaporation losses. The product offers rapid cooling and contains anti-ageing additives.
THERMISOL QH 120 should be used when local stress avoidance and good hardness is required from a Quenching Oil with very rapid cooling properties and extremely low evaporation losses.

Application:

THERMISOL QH 120 can be used in open and closed facilities such as multipurpose furnaces and vertical retort facilities.

THERMISOL QH 10 is normally used at temperatures between 60 °C and 160 °C and up to 190 °C under inert gas. In general, temperatures up to 150 °C are sufficient to produce a quenching effect.
