Ageing Resistant HL Hydraulic Oils and CKB Lubricating Oils

Ageing Resistant HL Hydraulic Oils and CKB Lubricating Oils

Great demands are made on lubricants, particularly with regard to their ageing resistance, which are used in circulating systems such as regulators, control units, pumps and compressors which are operated for long periods with the same oil.
Such oils also need to display good corrosion protection properties and provide steel and non-ferrous machine elements with adequate protection.
RENOLIN HL oils fulfill these requirements. They are based on carefully selected, high-grade raffinates and contain additives to improve ageing resistance and corrosion protection. They can be classified as HL hydraulic oils and CKB lubricating oils according to ISO 6743-4 and ISO 6743-6.

The specific benefits of using RENOLIN HL oils are:

  • Good oxidation stability and ageing resistance

  • Rapid air release and low foaming

  • Excellent corrosion protection for steel and nonferrous metals

  • Optimum demulsification characteristics

  • Good compatibility with sealing materials

Application:

RENOLIN HL oils are recommended to increase the efficiency of hydraulic systems designed to use HL oils. Applications include machine tool hydraulics, agricultural machinery, earthmoving equipment and public works. They can also be used in sealed circuits to lubricate bearings, gears, regulators, vacuum pumps and high performance compressors.

Hydraulic circuits must be thoroughly cleaned before adding RENOLIN HL oils. If in doubt, the use of a special flushing oil is recommended.
