High Quality HM Hydraulic Oils and CKC Lubricating Oils

High Quality HM Hydraulic Oils and CKC Lubricating Oils

The function and operational reliability of hydraulic systems depends largely on the quality of the hydraulic fluids used which, apart from transfering forces, must also seal, cool and lubricate. Because hydraulic oils are subject to a variety of stresses, they must fulfil a number of requirements. These must be maintained throughout the service life of the oil and must help combat the formation of undesirable reaction by-products. The RENOLIN B series of oils are based on highly ageing resistant solvent raff inates and fulfill, and in many points surpass, the minimum requirements made on HM hydraulic oils according to ISO 6743-4.

The RENOLIN B series of oils offer the following advantages:

  • Good EP properties and thus protection against wear

  • Good viscosity-temperature behaviour

  • Excellent oxidation stability and resistance to ageing

  • Excellent corrosion protection

  • Rapid air release and low foaming

  • Good demulsification characteristics

  • Good elastomer compatibility

Application:

The RENOLIN B series of oils are not just high grade hydraulic oils. They are also excellent CKC lubricating oils according to ISO 6743-6 which can be used for numerous applications such as gearboxes and bearings.
