THERMISOL QH 120 is a thermally stable, high performance Quenching Oil with a high flashpoint and very low evaporation losses. The product offers rapid cooling and contains anti-ageing additives.
THERMISOL QH 120 should be used when local stress avoidance and good hardness is required from a Quenching Oil with very rapid cooling properties and extremely low evaporation losses.
Benefits of using THERMISOL QH 120
Free of asphalt and completely neutral
Surfaces remain free of any deposits after quenching
Not hazardous according to the law on hazardous substances
Free of chlorine and PCB, thus ensuring simple and cheap disposal

Application: THERMISOL QH 120 can be used in open and closed facilities such as multipurpose furnaces and vertical retort facilities.
THERMISOL QH 10 is normally used at temperatures between 60 °C and 160 °C and up to 190 °C under inert gas. In general, temperatures up to 150 °C are sufficient to produce a quenching effect.
