TRENOIL S Series

are Synthetic Products for steel cold rolling in Tandem and Reversing Cold Rolling mills with high reductions.

Application

TRENOIL S Series are products that has been specially designed for rolling in tandem rolling mills and, generally with fine gauges.

Its high detergency characteristic ensures a good cleanliness of the mill environment.

Properties

Excellent lubricant capacity: due to its high Saponification Index, allows for the rolling of materials with very thin final plate gauges.

Excellent economic performance: process cost is excellent due to the stability of the emulsion, the concentration of which remains relatively stable throughout its useful life.

High speed rolling: Thanks to latest generation anti-wear additives, the required level of selected natural ester and excellent wettability, providing it with an exceptional homogenous oil distribution capacity in the contact area. At the same time an excellent lubricant capacity ensures longer cylinder life.

High level of end cleanliness: TRENOIL S Series selected esters burn off perfectly before reaching 470ºC. In order to avoid carbon formation.

Mill cleanliness: Due to the emulsifiers included in the TRENOIL S Series, a good detergency of the contact areas is ensured.
